We are seeking a skilled Health & Social Care Tutor to join our team at Twin Employment & Training Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and passion for education with learners in the Health and Social Care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials that meet OFSTED standards, ensuring learners achieve their full potential.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our AEB contract delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to our quality management procedures.
- A minimum of Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, along with a teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
- Familiarity with OFSTED expectations for high-quality education delivery.
- A full driving licence and access to a car during working hours.
- Competitive salary (£26,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience).
- Up to 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays + Birthday Day off per year.
- Long service award – extra days annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days.
- 5 days paid sick leave per year.
- Employee referral scheme – up to £500 per successful referral.
