We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Marketing Team at Pertemps Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, managing marketing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to achieve targets for key responsibility areas.
  • Lead on planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet our adult and commercial programmes.
  • Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on campaign performance to achieve excellent return on investment.
  • Line manage a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing and Event Apprentice to create and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Develop relevant and appealing content to the intended target audiences.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent.
  • CIM / IDM Qualification or substantial relevant experience.
  • English GCSE at grade B / 6 or higher.
  • Expertise in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience of developing integrated marketing plans and design.
