Child Education Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective 1:1 and small group support to designated pupils, promoting academic and personal growth.
- Contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers to implement them.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
- A strong background in teaching or supporting children with special needs.
- An enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
