About the Role

This challenging position requires a technical authority with expertise in aircraft level integration, power propulsion systems, and experimental flight based hardware. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of aircraft level solutions, positioning our technology for validation at flight level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as technical authority for the flight test programme at an aircraft level
  • Lead the integration of technologies and development of new technology at aircraft level
  • Act as primary technical focal point for the programme and external customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Accountability of all programme technical deliverables against agreed schedule and cost objectives
  • Technical leadership functionally and product-wise in accordance with the lifecycle management process
  • Ability to perform delegated tasking from the Office of Airworthiness
  • Support programme level technical management, including drafting and delivery of ground-based test plans, flight test plans, technical risk management, and project engineering plan derivation and management
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction and leadership to the Engineering and Technology Team
