About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Senior Pain Clinician to join our team at Connect Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pain management services to individuals and groups, promoting patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and sensitive pain management to individuals and groups as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Promote patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies
  • Ensure pain management is focused on the patient's individual needs
  • Contribute to clinical team development and MDT meetings
  • Understand the importance of psychological approaches
Requirements
  • Demonstratable experience and interest in chronic pain
  • NMC or HCPC professional registration
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy
  • Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
