About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pain management services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and sensitive pain management interventions to patients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and their application in pain management.
