We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering effective and sensitive pain management to individuals and groups, promoting patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pain management services to individuals and groups, as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies
  • Ensure pain management is focused on individual patient needs
  • Contribute to clinical team development and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Understand the importance of psychological approaches in pain management
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience and interest in chronic pain management
  • NMC or HCPC professional registration
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy
  • Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
