We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with residents and clients, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be required to maintain accurate property records and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage resident appointments and schedules
  • Handle resident complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate property records and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders for a seamless project experience


**Requirements:**
  • Desirable: Previous experience as a Resident Liaision Officer (RLO) 6-12 months+
  • Key: Customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated
  • Must have driving license and access to own vehicle


**Salary Estimate:** £18,590 - £20,590 per annum based on 45 hours per week.
