We are seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. You will work within our company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome and experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review accounts and contact customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options
  • Build rapport with customers and provide support to help minimise arrears and get them back on track with their payments
  • Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide the best possible outcome and experience for customers

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a Financial Service or Customer Service environment (beneficial but not essential)
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced target driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • IT literate
