Senior HR Business Partner

Job Overview
Venn Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading NHS organisation in the South of England on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will involve dealing with sensitive issues and a large ER caseload, requiring the successful candidate to have experience in senior stakeholder management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on investigations, including grievance, disciplinary, and bullying and harassment cases.
- Assess options and advise and support managers in the preparation of documentation for disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance meetings.
- Attend informal and formal meetings/hearings as necessary, and advise on management reports and correspondence in accordance with Trust procedures.
- Ensure that appropriate information is captured and maintained in the ER tracker to enable accurate monitoring and reporting.
- Take notes at relevant meetings where appropriate and provide advice to managers to ensure the standard of note-taking and record-keeping on all ER matters is high and compliant with GDPR obligations.
- Build effective relationships with local trade union/staff side representatives.
