Sales Manager Role

A dynamic results-driven salesperson with 3+ years sales experience within the UK electrical wholesale channel is required to join Aldena Associates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve new business growth and product distribution in branches to support the group sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and profitability within the Electrical Wholesale & Trade Channel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with National and Regional Electrical Wholesalers & UK Buying Groups.
  • Manage the order pipeline and forecast sales performance.
  • Work in partnership with the specification sales manager to support the pull (specification) strategy with push (over-the-counter) new business via the electrical wholesale channel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years sales experience within the UK electrical wholesale channel.
  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
