Job Title: Senior / Deputy Early Years Practitioner

Kiddywinks Nursery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Deputy Early Years Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the nursery operates to an outstanding standard, supporting staff management, and promoting the well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the manager and deputy manager to ensure the nursery's policies and procedures are upheld, and the Kiddywinks ethos and values are promoted.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff management, and addressing staff issues.
  • Contribute to the development of children, promoting their learning and well-being.
  • Support the planning and coordination of work with other practitioners.
  • Meet the requirements for observing, assessing, and recording children's development.
  • Share knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents.
  • Organize time and material resources effectively.
  • Use creative skills to prepare learning materials.
  • Attend in-service training and participate in staff meetings.
