About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Wrexham and surrounding areas. If you have experience in elderly care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to individuals with a variety of needs.
  • Support daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage independence and promote well-being.
  • Build positive relationships with service users and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Earn £13.00 per hour for day shifts and £15.00 per hour for waking nights.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in elderly care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Full right to work in the UK (we do not provide sponsorship).
  • Ideally, a driver, as some care homes are located in rural areas.
