Palliative Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Palliative Medicine Consultant to join our specialist team in North Wales.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to further develop palliative, end-of-life, and bereavement care services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consultant and advisory service role within the integrated statutory East SPC team.
- Advise colleagues on patient management and closely support the CNSs and the Hospice at Home nursing teams.
- Develop and implement palliative care services in North East Wales.
