About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to service users with mental health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- Engage with service users, promoting social interaction and community involvement.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
Requirements
- Experience in a caring environment, preferably in mental health support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with service users and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Passionate about making a positive difference to someone else's life.
