Job Title: Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our cafe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of cafe staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
  • Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
  • Team player and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
