Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Assessment Specialist to join our team in Harphurhey, North Manchester.

This full-time role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments of new referrals to the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). As a specialist, you will be working closely with triaged and booked-in referrals to provide comprehensive assessments.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional with experience in carrying out mental health assessments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments of new referrals
  • Working collaboratively with the CMHT team to provide comprehensive support
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users and their families
