Strategic Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our pricing strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex pricing models in Excel to support dynamic pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex pricing models in Excel to support dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for pricing optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to implement pricing strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and economic assessments to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Finance or Economics).
  • 2+ years of experience working in a subscription-based business or in a management / financial consulting role with a focus on pricing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience with dynamic pricing models and strategies.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of market dynamics and the organisation's broader commercial and strategic goals.
