We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and contribute to our mission of making trade flow better.
Job Description
- As a Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and developing policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with HSE standards and Medical Standards.
- You will conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- You will communicate effectively with staff, managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- You will provide specialist advice to staff and line managers during periods of ill health or sickness absence, along with detailed medical reports summarising recommendations in accordance with best practice and the Equality Act.
What You Will Bring
- You hold a Registered General Nurse qualification (NMC Registered)
- You have minimum 3 years post-registration experience
- You have previous experience working within an Occupational Health setting, which is essential for this role
- You possess demonstrable experience and knowledge of undertaking health surveillance, safety critical medicals, and other related tasks
- You have up-to-date awareness and understanding of HSE legislation, SEQOHS, and governance aspects, particularly work, health, and wellbeing issues
- You have IT skills, including email, Word, Excel, and other software applications
- You can meet regulatory CPD/Revalidation requirements
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
