Job Title: Real Estate Consultant - Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Consultant - Senior Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services to our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to clients, providing expert advice and ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence.
  • Understand clients' needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges.
  • Manage all commissions, ensuring both clients' expectations and the requirements of our business management system are effectively discharged.
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability of shared projects.
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer, helping clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations.

Requirements:

  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors, with a proven ability to meet clients' needs.
  • Experience as a Principal Designer, with a strong understanding of CDM regulations.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • GradIOSH or equivalent.
  • Membership of the APS.
