Landlord and Tenant Commercial Property Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer with a focus on landlord and tenant disputes to join our established conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a variety of landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears, dilapidations, and boundary disputes.
  • Working alongside a business development manager to leverage existing connections and agents to build a caseload.
  • Collaborating with a wider conveyancing team and a mortgage repossession team.
  • Providing technical expertise in property and land dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in litigation.
  • Ideal experience in landlord and tenant disputes, but applicants with broader litigation experience and an interest in focusing on L&T matters will also be considered.
  • Technical competence and confidence in handling complex disputes.
