Job Opportunity

**Capio Recruitment** is seeking an experienced **Litigation Specialist** to join our team as a **Commercial Property Lawyer**.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled **Real Estate Attorney** with a strong background in **Landlord and Tenant** disputes to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of **Commercial Property** cases, including:

  • **Rent Arrears**
  • **Dilapidations**
  • **Boundary Disputes**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling **Commercial Property** disputes, including **Rent Arrears**, **Dilapidations**, and **Boundary Disputes**.
  • Working closely with our **Business Development Manager** to leverage existing connections and agents to build a caseload.
  • Collaborating with our **Conveyancing Team** and **Mortgage Repossession Team** to provide technical expertise in **Property and Land Dispute Resolution**.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified **Solicitor** with a strong background in **Litigation**.
  • Experience in **Landlord and Tenant** disputes, or broader **Litigation** experience with an interest in focusing on **L&T** matters.
  • Technical competence and confidence in handling complex disputes.
