Job Title: Landlord and Tenant Solicitor/Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join our team as a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor/Lawyer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a focus on landlord and tenant disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a variety of landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears, dilapidations, and boundary disputes
* Work alongside a business development manager to leverage existing connections and agents to build a caseload
* Collaborate with a wider conveyancing team and a mortgage repossession team
* Provide technical expertise in property and land dispute resolution

Requirements:

* Qualified solicitor with a strong background in litigation
* Experience in landlord and tenant disputes, or broader litigation experience with an interest in focusing on L&T matters
* Technical competence and confidence in handling complex disputes

Location:

The position is based in Chandler's Ford, with support from a remote lawyer and the wider landlord and tenant team.
