About the Role

Natures Aid is a leading manufacturer of healthcare products, and we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth running of our site.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with production teams to identify maintenance requirements and prioritize tasks.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  3. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks, and performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize maintenance operations.
