About the Role

  1. The Deputy Quality Manager will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with industry best practices.
  2. This strategic position involves implementing efficient quality control systems and processes to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  3. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, fostering collaboration among teams and driving collective success.
  4. Key responsibilities include:
    1. Leading regular audits and inspections to maintain exceptionally high quality standards.
    2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    3. Developing and maintaining a robust quality management system that aligns with industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate a team.
