Job Title: Learning Support Associate in Cardiff

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Learning Support Associate to work with a child who has additional learning needs at a welcoming primary school in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 supervision throughout the day, ensuring the child's educational and social development. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional learning needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the child's learning and behavior
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration of support services

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
