Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at END. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large and diverse team, using a developed and mature approach to people management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase turnover and profitability, working closely with Merchandising, warehouse, and stock control teams.
  • Ensure the store image is in line with business standards, conducting regular floor walks to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor and review security measures for cash and inventory control, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare weekly reporting for stakeholders, including figures, trade snapshot, highlights, lowlights, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Manage financial accountability, including wage to sales budget, shrinkage, and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Charismatic leader with an energy that displays confidence and authority.
  • Sales experience with brands directly relevant to the industry in which END. is positioned.
  • Extensive management experience in a service and sales-led retail environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, 'can-do' self-starting outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, methodical in approach from implementation to follow through.
