Job Description: Waste Management Assistant

Swanstaff Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Waste Management Assistant to join our team in Melksham.

This role involves assisting the Recycling Centre Operative in delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the centre. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to:

  • Assist the Recycling Centre Operative in directing members of the public to correctly dispose of their waste.
  • Support the identification and interception of reusable items in partnership with local charities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
