Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Voyage Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and other challenges to live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily tasks, promoting independence, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with colleagues and the management team to ensure high-quality care standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex health needs is advantageous.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
