Key Responsibilities

  2. Creating a Fun Environment: Develop a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom that encourages children to learn and grow.
  3. Promoting Child-Led Approach: Encourage children to take ownership of their learning and development.
  4. Dealing with Challenging Behavior: Help manage and resolve potential behavioral issues.

The salary for this role is approximately £12.90 per hour, paid through our Pay as You Earn (PAYE) scheme.
