Day Shift Supervisor

At Meatex Trading Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a production or operations management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- IOSH working safely and Food Safety level 2 qualifications.
