About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Focus 5 Recruitment. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our clients' business by leveraging marketing automation technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Technical Support: Provide technical support to the marketing team, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations to drive business growth.
  • Nurture Journey Management: Build, manage, and optimize nurture journeys for key prospects and customers to ensure seamless and effective touchpoints.
  • Automation System Monitoring: Monitor the overall performance and health of the automation system to ensure optimal results.
  • Lead Management Process Enhancement: Leverage automation and AI to enhance lead management processes and improve lead pipeline and engagement.
  • Marketing Technology Stack Development: Develop and refine our marketing technology stack to achieve industry-leading standards.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email journeys, measuring performance against targets.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimize nurture programs.
Requirements
  • Advanced Expertise: Advanced expertise in any of Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Adbridge Experience: In-depth experience with Adbridge or similar tools to support multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead Scoring and Attribution: Proficiency in lead scoring and attribution models (last touch and multi-touch) to boost lead pipeline and engagement.
  • CRM Integration: Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and automating workflows.
  • Lead Generation Metrics: Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and experience in data-driven reporting.
  • Marketing Technology Trends: Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
