As a Senior Internal Communications Executive, you will be part of our People pillar, responsible for developing and implementing impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives that drive employee experience and business success.

Your primary goal will be to manage and implement local internal communications and engagement plans aligned with our Group's overarching strategy. You will collaborate with the wider Internal Communications team to create relevant content for each site and culture.

You will write, edit, and proof copy across various channels, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and consistent with our brand tone and voice. Your expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will help promote our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing local internal communications and engagement strategies
  • Managing campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance employee experience and eNPS
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading compelling content for various channels
  • Hosting events, both in-person and virtual, to support engagement, product launches, and celebrations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent creative writing and speaking skills, with experience in crafting engaging content
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for CSR and its role in driving business success

In terms of skills and qualifications, we require:

  • First-class drafting, proof-reading, and editing skills
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint, or similar platforms

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
