Job Title: Mental Health Support Team Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Children's Intensive Support Team as a Mental Health Support Team Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide professional, compassionate leadership and management to the team, ensuring high-quality standards of patient-centered care.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strong and effective leadership to the team, working closely with the Service Manager to promote the vision and values of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.
  2. Develop and maintain high-quality standards of patient-centered care, ensuring that the needs of children with complex mental health difficulties are met.
  3. Establish effective working relationships with colleagues from the multi-disciplinary team across the services and the wider organization.
  4. Identify support and development needs of all staff through discussion, management supervision, and appraisals, arranging any mentoring or training required for the identified individual.
  5. Develop and maintain a communications strategy with the service to ensure staff are kept up to date with initiatives at service level, directorate level, and Trust-wide.
