Role Overview: This position involves supporting three individuals in shared living arrangements. A full manual driving license is essential, as you will be required to operate mobility vehicles for the individuals you assist.
Flexible Working Hours: We have two full-time positions available, and candidates must be adaptable to varying shifts, including early, late, and overnight schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Engagement: Facilitate community involvement by organizing and participating in outings to recreational activities such as day centers, cinemas, and swimming pools.
- Health Management: Responsible for administering and overseeing medication for individuals.
- Personal Assistance: Aid individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, including support with bathing, dressing, and medical appointments.
- Household Support: Assist individuals in managing their home life by encouraging daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
