We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Completely Care. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes in Cwmbran.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Manage client care plans and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Care Worker or in a related role
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work 2-5 days per week
  • Registration with Social Care Wales and mandatory training
