About the Job
As a Care Assistant at Abacare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Previous experience in care is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

Qualifications and Requirements

Working Hours and Conditions
This is a full-time role, working approximately 37.5 hours per week. The working hours will be split between morning and afternoon shifts, with some flexibility to work overtime as required. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to travel to clients' homes as required.
Training and Development
Abacare is committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities to all staff. As a Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training in care skills, including manual handling, medication management, and first aid. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training sessions and workshops.
