About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Allen & York. As a leading ecological consultancy, we work on a range of exciting projects across the UK, spanning housing, public sector, and infrastructure developments.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and membership to CIEEM. With extensive experience of working in an ecological consultancy, they will hold at least two Natural England protected species class licences or be progressing towards this.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant UK and European legislation, policy, and guidance. They will be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. As a mentor, they will provide guidance and support to junior members of the team, encouraging them to develop their skills and career progression.

Requirements:
