Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a PA, ideally within boutique financial services.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring adaptability.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars, prioritizing tasks skillfully.
  • Professional and approachable communication style.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Concur experience beneficial.
