Contracts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team at Room At The Top Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and contractors, ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Managers, Directors, Project Managers, Estimators, and Contracts Managers
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and tenders
  • Coordinate servicing, taxing, and MOT of vehicles
  • Administer social media, including LinkedIn
  • Provide customer service and communication support
  • Assist with training and development of staff and contractors
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative support skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Sage beneficial, but not essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience of working within a similar industry a big advantage

This is a full-time temporary to permanent position, working from 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. The hourly rate is £12 - £13 per hour, depending on experience. If you are a team player with excellent administrative skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
