The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the Revalidation Directorate, ensuring the smooth delivery of revalidation services for Postgraduate Doctors in Training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel, and experience of using databases and data entry systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications- GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C) or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C) or above in IT/ICT/Microsoft Office, or equivalent
- Nationally recognised qualification in business/office administration at level 3 or above, or equivalent
The role will be based within the Revalidation Directorate, with opportunities for hybrid working and travel across the Yorkshire and Humber region. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality support.
Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will be a resourceful and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and experience of using databases and data entry systems. A nationally recognised qualification in business/office administration at level 3 or above, or equivalent, is also required.
