Adult Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Adult ADHD and Autism service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to service users, while also contributing to the development of our clinic.
Main Responsibilities- Provide direct care to service users, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality care to the wider multi-disciplinary team, promoting research, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence.
- Develop and deliver specialist education and training programs to support the development of our team.
- Conduct assessments and make decisions about the healthcare needs of service users, using highly developed nursing knowledge and skills.
- Plan and coordinate the physical healthcare needs of service users, including annual physical examinations and investigations.

Person Specification- Essential qualifications: RMN or RN (Mental Health), Advanced Clinical Practice MSc, and independent prescribing qualification.
- Essential experience: senior-level experience in a community multi-disciplinary health and social care setting, with evidence of promoting research, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence.
- Desirable experience: experience working with adults with ADHD and/or Autism.
