As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in developing, coordinating, and administering training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining databases and preparing training materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling diaries and participant communication.
