Job Title: Registered Service Manager

At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Coventry. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.

About You:

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering exceptional support. You will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
