About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Coventry and ensuring that individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors receive high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s) and develop and implement person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, and medication audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete quarterly audits and reports, and effectively manage the service's P&L.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
