We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN TA to join our team at Classroom Teachers Limited in the London boroughs. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to make a positive impact on education and childcare.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-18, particularly those with special educational needs. They will be able to work closely with colleagues to provide personal progression and academic support, adhering to safeguarding and EHCP plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with SEN students, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently as part of a team

The ideal candidate will hold a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one through Classroom Teachers Limited. A competitive salary range is offered, based on experience, around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
