Supporting Children with Special Needs

We are recruiting for experienced professionals to join our team as Supporting Children with Special Needs specialists. As a key member of our staff, you will work directly with students who require additional support due to special educational needs (SEN). Your primary focus will be on developing tailored strategies to help students overcome barriers and achieve success.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential qualities for this role. You must be able to collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive support plan for each student. A flexible and patient approach is also crucial, as you may need to adapt your methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
We offer a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, reflecting the complexity and challenge of this role. This position involves working 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, during term time only.
