We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our team at Randstad Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Provide pastoral support to students and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and support from our experienced team.
Requirements- Hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or BEd).
- Have a strong understanding of special educational needs and disability (SEND) policies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
