Charity Client Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Charity Client Executive to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. This exciting opportunity involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial & charity insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conducting detailed needs assessments and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop custom insurance programs.
  • Representing the company at industry events to expand professional networks and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the commercial insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as required.
  • Any relevant industry certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) would be an advantage.
