About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our New Business Charity and Not for Profit team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with charities and not-for-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new Charity and Not for Profit clients of all sizes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to the Client Director using pipeline reporting and CRM systems
  • Support the wider team with managing relationships with key partners
  • Work with Service and Renewal teams to deliver an exceptional new business customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry in an insurance broking or insurance sales role
  • Good understanding of general and legal principles of insurance
  • Knowledge of Charity or Not for Profit Insurance gained at an insurance broker or insurer environment - desirable, but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
